The basic concept of the apartment tower is an assembly of two bodies on posts. The first housing 30 apartments of 155 m2 (type B) having six units per floor with four cores of high-speed elevators. The next body contains 24 departments (one per level) ranging between 240 and 350 m2 (type A) which are designed in three towers in a cone shape form, very slender building that tops lightly to reduce heaviness of construction in the set.
The project aims to have more than 1,000 m2 of common green areas: Gardens, terraces, playgrounds, etc. Complemented by amenities, such as: semi-Olympic pool, sun deck, terrace, jacuzzis and wading pool, gym, office center and a game room.
