The client and his fianceè asked to enlarge the space by doing as less as possible and keep the costs down.
We decided to demolish the wall between the kitchen and the living room to let more light get through the existing windows. The bedrooms are almost untouched except the furniture disposition.
We have made different proposals,in the second proposal we suggested to move slightly the wall between the existing bathroom and the kitchen in order to gain enouch space for the second toilet.
We have also suggested other proposals by moving the dinner table and make a visual separation with translucent stripes in plastic material.
The low ceiling at the entrance allow to divide the apartment volumes without build any wall and also create some extra space above the ceiling for luggages (the access is above the door in the main bedroom).
