During the planning stage, , following the customer’s requests, the areas of intervention have been identified and organized according to their exposure to the sun.

The veranda is composed of white aluminum structure, adjustable glass and electric curtains.
The floor, in gres porcelain, is caracterized by three diferent dove-gray / beige scales.
The placing of the jacuzzi, in the southwest corner, required the raising of the frosted safety glass parapet, designed to ensure privacy.
The tank is covered by teak wood slats and shaped to achieve access steps and a comfortable seat, holding objects, with a small table.
The same slats are used to cover the wall that signed the way into the dining and living areas, where a new wooden bench is positioned.
The base and the cornice have been preserved in the current material, respecting the existing brick wall.
The project’s designed in a modern style, giving great value to the high comfort of the furniture and all the other elements of warm tones, like wood.
For both, the veranda and the living, have been chosen comfortables sofas and chaise longues which are respectively caracterized by bright and dark color, giving to each room a different sensation with warm sunlight.
Each item is made with materials resistant to atmospheric agents, suggesting the Gloster line, guarantee of high quality and design, but with the ability to find on the market different products with lower prices.
For the dining and dinner area a table with 8 seats has been provided, that is also confortable for more people, and planters with trellis for climbing plants that will cast pleasant shadows in the sunset hours.
The outdoor kitchen is composed of a main body and by choosable additional modular elements , with the possibility of gas or electrical supply. The high quality materials guarantee an almost eternal life and intensive use.
Wood finishes are connected to the internal dark and warm parquet, creating uniformity among environments; few shelve, movable in some cases and useful for objects and plants, have been disposed. For wood covering and the trellis ,a simple but robust structures has been designed, easy to realize in the field of media carpentry with the use of durable high quality materials

In fase di progettazione, seguendo le richieste del cliente, sono state individuate le aree di intervento ed organizzate secondo la loro esposizione solare.

La veranda è composta da una struttura in alluminio scatolato bianco, vetrate regolabili e oscuranti elettrici.
La pavimentazione è in gres porcellanato in tre diversi toni grigio tortora/beige.
La jacuzzi posta nell'angolo sud-ovest richiede l'alzamento del parapetto realizzato con dei vetri di sicurezza satinati per garantire la privacy. La vasca sarà rivestita in doghettato in legno teak e modellato per realizzare i gradini di accesso e una comoda seduta, porta oggetti, con tavolino.
Lo stesso doghettato viene usato per rivestire la parete, di passaggio alle zone pranzo e living, e dove viene inserita una nuova panca porta oggetti anch'essa in legno.
Sono stati preservati le soglie, lo zoccolo ed il cornicione nel materiale attuale e rispettato il mattonato esistente.
Il progetto ha uno stile moderno, ma senza tralasciare l'alto comfort degli arredi e inserendo elementi dai toni caldi del legno.
Nella veranda e per il living sono stati scelti divani e chaise longue comodi e dai colori rispettivamente chiari e scuri per dedicare ad ogni ambiente una differente sensazione con la calda luce del sole. Si aggiungono a questi, due pouf posizionati nel passaggio esposto ad ovest. Ogni elemento è realizzato con materiali resistenti agli agenti atmosferici, suggerendo la linea Gloster, garanzia di alta qualità e design, ma con la possibilità di trovare sul mercato prodotti differenti con prezzi minori.
Per la zona pranzo e cena è stato previsto un tavolo da 8 posti, ma comodo anche per più persone, e delle fioriere con graticcio per piante rampicanti che proietteranno piacevoli ombre nelle ore serali.
La cucina esterna è composta da un corpo principale e da elementi modulari aggiuntivi a scelta, con possibilità di alimentazione a gas o elettrica. I materiali di alta qualità ne garantiscono una vita quasi eterna ed un uso intensivo.
Le finiture in legno si ricollegano al parquet interno, scuro e caldo, creando omogeneità tra gli ambienti; sono state inserite anche delle mensole, in alcuni casi riposizionabili, utili per oggetti e piante. Per i rivestimenti in legno ed il graticcio sono state pensate strutture semplici ma robuste, facilmente realizzabili in ambito di media falegnameria con l'impiego di materiali durevoli e di qualità.
