We would like a lightly and fresh house with large spaces and functional to live individually and together. We have two sons (Federico of 13 y.o. and Giovani of 9 y.o.) and one daughter (Emma of 4 years old).
We are hoping to have luminous spaces with modern and minimalist furniture to allow the circulation of energy and exchanges between environments.
We would like to have a large living area, with a spacious and equipped kitchen and a cosy living room, separated by the minimum necessary barriers, to eventually have a more or less open space and great luminosity
The living room will host the reunited family and any guests either at the table (see the extended table in the attached picture) or on the sofas, in front of a large suspended tv screen.
A small space will be reserved (maybe in the living room?) to a temporary workspace, to allow the word processing on the PC and the consultation of texts and working documents, also with retractable (or drop-down) solutions which are easy to manage.
The living room will be decorated with large wall pictures, with possible changes of the nuances of colours which will enhance the light and modern features.
A large white kitchen, comfortable and functional, with contemporary design with a peninsula/worktop and burner with the dimension of 90cm.
We would like a laundry close to the kitchen with dryer, washing machine, bowl and closet for laundry detergent, wash basin and WC.
Also, we need a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and three fun bedroom for our children, that will have access to the bathroom from the hallway, having the possibility of using the third bathroom.
Federico likes to have a large desk and a queen-size bed, which could also be a double foldaway bed (already provided). Please draw a space devoted to the two guitars.
Giovanni will have the bunk beds, the desk and the creamy white closet in the attached photos.
Emma wants a room with pink nuances, colourful and we could use some old furniture that we will attach to the images below.
There have to be spaces where kids can study, storage for games, books, school materials and backpacks.
Wooden floors in very bright (even bleached) colour.
The white and possible solutions of transparency will help the passage of light throughout the house.
This is why we chose the title White Zone 🙂
Thanks from all of us!
We are sure we will have fun working together!!
Nicola and Simona
PS Could we have an estimation summary/table of materials and furnishings with related costs? We look for low budget solutions 🙂
Thank you!
