Hope you are doing well and keeping safe! I am submitting my entry to this competition, from the brief many points and thoughts were clear whether it comes to designing or the purpose of good designs. I understand how images and good quality renders help with the marketing of the real estate properties as, I have worked on several similar kinds of marketing campaigns and projects earlier.

From the brief it was clear that you are looking for something which is modern and minimal in design. I have tried and carried the same thought till the end of my designs which includes modern furniture, lighting, wooden flooring, straight lines and a modern approach while choosing the color palette. Also you mentioned that you are looking for 5 images( which was a big question for me) as 5 images would be really less to do the marketing and helping in visualizing the clients about the spaces. I have submitted almost 23 images of renders from different angles. Each images submitted is compiled into Photoshop please deep zoom to see the best of it. The Idea of doing this was to make the space picture clear so that your clients will be able to understand the spaces better and actually what they are going to rent or purchase. ( the outdoor terraces one is my Favorited !lol)

Also I had the panoramic views of the complete floors done of your project but as you have restricted this to just 5 images i am not able to share it.

All the Images are in 1920 x 1080 p resolution so printing them and creating a brochure will be much easier for you. They will look really nice once printed in a good quality CMYK printer.
