The project idea is to have a warm residence where outstation staff can stay for few day in total comfort, and where they can socialize with their colleagues in the common area: the idea is, in fact, that socialization between known and unknown colleagues is an important aspect of every company.

For these reason the project includes sharp division between a sleeping area and a living area.
The sleeping area is designed to accommodate up to ten people in four bedroom, as well as the living area has a big table where can stay all the visitors; the living room is also completed with a tv area with a comfortable sofa, and a connected cooking area. In the cooking area is located a high table with three stools, useful for having breakfast, or only to have conversation in the cooking place.
The hostel has also two bathroom and a little laundry room with a little window.

For renovating it was planned the demolition of all the internal no structural wall, but it was decided to not modify external wall and windows position, in order to limit costs of the renovation.

The moving of bathroom and kitchen and relative plumbing system is not a problem in order to pass the plumbing pipes into the dropped ceiling of the lower floor showroom, or to have a raised floor used to hide the same pipes.
