I am very happy to participate in your contest.
I did my design based on creating functional spaces for living and using light and neutral colors along with natural materials such as wood and stone.
I proposed two designs, the difference in which is the choice of sofa for the living room.
In order to optimize the current spaces as well as the better arrangement of the selected furniture, I slightly changed the dimensions of the rooms to make it more optimal (of course, without changing the overall design approved by you).
According to your request, I suggested a bed with a width of 160 cm for the guest bedroom and a bed with a width of 180 cm for the master bedroom. but due to the small dimensions of the bedrooms I suggest a bed with a width of 140 cm for the guest bedroom and a bed with a width of 160 cm for the master bedroom. (My suggested bed can be ordered in different sizes)
I used 'Cotto leccese' stone with dimensions of 50x50 for the flooring of the rooms and the outside area, I presented the other materials used in the file 'FINISHES LIST' for you.
I have prepared the rendering of the entire interior and exterior spaces for you so that you can have a better visualization of the future state of the house.
