I offer you a proposal for the Interior design and plans of the Project (Villetta Fontana La Pietra) .
We have worked on designing your project, which is an empty land on which you want to build villas with the same style, spaces and interior designs.
The project includes building a single model that will be repeated for 5, which is a two-storey residential house in addition to the basement necessary for the characteristics of the land.
On the first floor: An open space was created with an open kitchen, a guest bathroom and a small closet
At the entrance to the villa and a private room that can be considered an office or study room for the children.
On the second floor: It consists of a double master bedroom with its own bathroom and a private space for changing clothes and two single bedrooms with another bathroom with a bathtub serving the other two rooms.
On the basement floor, it contains the technical room necessary to place the accumulator for photovoltaic energy systems, autoclave, bathroom, laundry room and bed linen storage.
The style we have relied on is modern and linear as shown by the design of the front facade and the plans for the entire project.
The front garden contains a swimming pool and beach chairs for relaxing and enjoying nature. As for the back garden next to the garage, there is a barbecue area and a large dining table for receiving celebrations and guests, allowing for at least 15 people.
