it was very interesting to work on this project conditioned by the slope of the terrain and the orientation. I adopted a concept that leaves the central part of the yard free for the organization of the inner yard, with respect for the limited height and area of the building. I tried to use the maximum potential of the terrain, but also to leave enough space to enjoy outside.
At the entrance to the courtyard we have stairs that lower us to the level of the main platform. There are two suggestions for the organization of that space, the first is a small lake with sitting next to it, and the second is a swimming pool. In any case, the water element is present to refresh the whole ambience. That central part of the yard is surrounded by beautiful plants that decorate the space and protect the owners from the view of passers-by.
The object has three levels so that all the main rooms are oriented to the south and have a beautiful view. In the line parallel to the platform is the part with the living room which has a view of both, the inner courtyard and the south side. The three-bedroom block has been raised to second level with an open staircase and a gallery around it. The guest area is on the ground floor, not on a special level, but is separate enough to have privacy. It’s a little displacement from your briefing.
Parking is provided on a higher level in front of the house and as a garage on the lowest level. From the garage you go out to the stairs that climb to the platform.
So, the whole building has three levels, the lowest is the garage, then two blocks on the middle level with living room, dining room, kitchen, study room, bedrooms and pantries. The third level is for girls. On that level there is also a large terrace which is accessed from the gallery and which can be used for children's parties. The stairs are around the whole building, they connect different elevations.
This is my vision of your villa, a solution that would ensure a pleasant stay and living, idea that, of course, requires further elaboration leading to the realization of the project. I hope you will like it.
