L’intervento, si basa sul nuovo assetto interno dell’appartamento cercando di soddisfare le richieste della committenza, rendendo gli spazi più confortevoli e vivibili .
L’ipotesi progettuale costa della demolizione delle pareti divisorie, ridisegnando i nuovi spazi, che comprendono, come si evince dalle planimetrie presentate , un ingresso diretto nella zona LIVING- CUCINA, con mobile cucina appoggiato sulla parete perimetrale che viene chiusa da un angolo colazione con sgabelli, che danno sulla finestra godendo del paesaggio ed un ampio tavolo allungabile .
Un mobile fungerà da divisore tra living e cucina, ma nello stesso tempo si avrà la sensazione di vivere all’interno di un unico spazio, un OPENSPACE .
Proseguendo nel nuovo corridoio leggermente più stretto, per dare maggiore spazio e importanza alle stanze, troveremo le camere per i due bambini subito a destra poi la camera della figlia ,alla fine del corridoio troveremo il bagno comune con lavanderia(lavatrice e asciugatrice) e la camera da letto con bagno in camera
Il mio consiglio è di fare realizzare degli armadi su misura, per usufruire al meglio degli spazi.
Cambiare i rivestimenti con delle ceramiche che hanno come tema quello dei disegni geometrici ,sulla falsa riga delle maioliche, ditta che posso consigliare le “Cementine “
Cosa molto importante se vi piace il colore utilizzare delle tinte tenui, dei colori “pastello”
Per vivere all’interno di un ambiente che trasmetta calore e pace.

The intervention is based on the new interior design of the apartment, trying to meet the demands of the client, making the spaces more comfortable and livable.
The design hypothesis costs the demolition of the dividing walls, redesigning the new spaces, which include, as can be seen from the planimeters presented, a direct entrance into the LIVING-KITCHEN area, with mobile kitchen resting on the perimeter wall which is closed by a breakfast corner stools, which give the window a view of the landscape and a large extensible table.
A mobile will act as a divider between living and cooking, but at the same time you will have the feeling of living inside a single space, an OPENSPACE.
Continuing into the new narrower corridor, to give more space and importance to the rooms, we will find the rooms for the two children immediately to the right then the daughter's room, at the end of the corridor we will find the common bathroom with laundry (washing machine and tumble dryer) bedroom with en-suite bathroom
My advice is to make custom cabinets, to make the most of the spaces.
