This layout idea comprises a Hall (TV area + Sitting Lounge), Dining Area, Bedroom, Kitchen (with an island), and a Bathroom.

This layout is focused on achieving maximum space usage efficiency by reducing the circulation areas in the house. Moreover, the circulation areas don’t overlap with any function and thereby creating a minimum disturbance during movement, for ex: tv area.

The bedroom and bathroom have been provided with comfortable spaciousness while the privacy is maintained by keeping the doors away from the entrance.

On the occasion of a party, the TV room and the Sitting lounge can be combined, by rotating the sofa, to create a larger and more spacious hall. So, the hall is flexible in terms of its area.

The kitchen is well ventilated and also relatively private from the hall area. It has been provided with an island(that is butted against the wall) which has provision for a breakfast counter and a sink. In the case of a larger kitchen slab requirement, the kitchen slab can be extended up to the island and the sink can be shifted to meet your requirements.

The bedroom also receives natural light through the glass-panelled wooden partition. A workspace for occasional needs has also been provided.

This layout suits for renting it out as an Airbnb and also works well for a permanent stay as it has maintained adequate sizes for all necessary spaces.
