The main purpose of this design is to provide an additional bathroom within the existing conditions. For easier apartments renovation and modernization, the bathroom was inserted within the existing kitchen boundaries, and thus the kitchen area was reduced. The flow and good organization of the apartment were a decisive factor in the design process. The furniture in the apartment is minimalist and designed to meet basic daily needs. At the very entrance of the apartment behind the door there is a shelf that will be used to store jackets, shoes and umbrellas. The bathroom is designed with minimal dimensions to meet basic needs of the users. The kitchen has the basic equipment and storage place. The dinning table is placed next to the wall on which the TV is placed, at the base of this wall there are pots with plants to add life and warmth to the apartment. The dinning table is initially designed for four people, but it is possible to add two more seats. The living room has a sleeper sofa to provide an additional number of sleeping places. By inserting a new wall with sliding doors on both sides, this apartment gets a partitioned and intimate space where the bedroom is located, and the opportunity for the apartment to be rented out to 4 people at the same time, which is the main goal of the client. If the goal is to achieve a modern look, then it is possible to place a kind of transparent or semi-transparent partition with a modern look and materials instead of a wall. With the use of minimalist design and furniture and it's beauty, this apartment will be attractive to many guests.
