La proposta presentata si pone l’obiettivo di proporre un completo riadattamento degli ambienti in relazione a quelle che sono le richieste riscontrate pur non andando ad intervenire significante né sulle murature né sul sistema impiantistico di riscaldamento o degli scarichi, il tutto in ragione di un’ottimizzazione delle spese pur senza rinunciare alla funzionalità. Per mantenere l’attuale pavimentazione in parquet si propone l’inserimento di soglie in pietra oppure l’inserimento di una porzione di pavimentazione in cementine anche di tipo esagonale come nel caso dell’ex ripostiglio situato all’ingresso e sostituito nella proposta con un mobile lineare a filo parete che ha anche la funzione di identificare e valorizzare la zona d’ingresso e che può terminare con una soluzione di fioriera ad incasso. Vengono proposte due soluzioni molto simili dal punto di distribuzione degli ambienti, ma con accorgimenti dimensionali e funzionali differenti. Le principali differenze riguardano al camera dei bambini che nella prima soluzione pur essendo sempre simmetrica dal punto di vista distributivo qui si presenta di maggiori dimensioni e facilmente divisibile con una parete o libreria bifacciale di arredamento questo realizzabile anche in un futuro momento; mentre nella seconda soluzione si è ampliata la cabina armadio padronale in termini di larghezza e ridotta così la camera dei bambini. Inoltre i bagni dove nella prima soluzione vengono riportati completamente all’interno dell’abitazione lasciando così libero l’intero terrazzo; mentre nella seconda soluzione il terrazzo continua ad essere occupato in parte dai servizi igienici così come nello stato attuale, ma anche in questo caso si è pensato che all’occorrenza in un futuro momento i sanitari possano prima essere predisposti e quindi girati verso l’interno del bagno en-suite. In linea generale l’appartamento si presenta molto arioso e con generosi spazi riscontrabili in particolare nell’area living affiancata dall’ampia cucina con possibilità anche di doppio accesso e separabile dal living all’occorrenza tramite le attuali pennellature scorrevoli rivisitate in stile con l’abitazione. Particolare attenzione, come riscontrabile nelle tavole allegate, si è rivolta alle finiture con boiserie classiche rivisitate in stile contemporaneo dai toni tenui ma che ben caratterizzano gli ambienti e spesso combinate con carte da parati sempre in stile. La comodità è inoltre garantita con l’inserimento di armadiature a tutta altezza ed in alcuni casi a ponte in modo da poter ospitare al di sotto passaggi a portale oppure letti come nel caso della camera per i bambini. Nella seconda soluzione l’area living viene proposta con mobile tv centro-stanza, in asse con il resto dell’arredamento, e che grazie ad una leggera struttura con doppio arco sovrastante permette una separazione delle funzioni pur restando quest’ultime a vista. La proposta propone ambienti quasi sempre simmetrici e con arredi spesso inseriti in asse per evidenziane il valore oltre che l’impatto estetico.

The proposal presented has the objective of proposing a complete re-adaptation of the rooms in relation to the requests encountered while not going to intervene significantly either on the walls or on the heating system or the drains, all due to a optimization of expenses without sacrificing functionality. To maintain the current parquet flooring, it is proposed to insert stone thresholds or to insert a portion of cement tile flooring, also of the hexagonal type, as in the case of the former storage room located at the entrance and replaced in the proposal with a piece of furniture linear flush with the wall which also has the function of identifying and enhancing the entrance area and which can end with a built-in planter solution. Two very similar solutions are proposed from the point of distribution of the rooms, but with different dimensional and functional features. The main differences relate to the children's room which in the first solution, although still symmetrical from a distribution point of view, here is larger and easily divisible with a double-sided wall or bookcase of furniture, this can also be made at a future time; while in the second solution the master walk-in closet has been enlarged in terms of width and thus reduced the children's room. In addition, the bathrooms where in the first solution they are completely brought back inside the house, thus leaving the entire terrace free; while in the second solution the terrace continues to be partly occupied by the toilets as in the current state, but also in this case it was thought that if necessary in the future the sanitary fixtures could first be prepared and then turned inwards of the en-suite bathroom. In general, the apartment is very airy and with generous spaces that can be found in particular in the living area flanked by the large kitchen with the possibility of double access and separable from the living room if necessary through the current sliding brushstrokes revisited in style with the dwelling. Particular attention, as can be seen in the attached tables, has been paid to the finishes with classic boiserie revisited in a contemporary style with soft tones that well characterize the rooms and often combined with wallpapers that are always in style. Convenience is also guaranteed with the insertion of full-height wardrobes and in some cases bridge wardrobes so as to be able to accommodate portal passages or beds underneath, as in the case of the children's room. In the second solution, the living area is proposed with a TV cabinet in the center of the room, in line with the rest of the furnishings, and which, thanks to a light structure with a double arch above, allows a separation of the functions while remaining visible. The proposal proposes environments that are almost always symmetrical and with furnishings often placed aligned to highlight their value as well as their aesthetic impact.
