USE THE SPACE - BRUSSELS
La linea di pensiero che lo studio ha voluto seguire é quella di tripartire lo spazio. L'idea é stata quella di allineare le pareti per rendere gli spazi e le funzioni piú regolari. Per raggiungere questo risultato é stato necessario intervenire con delle demolizioni di tramezzi: il primo riguarda la zona cucina alla quale é stata annessa una dispensa-lavanderia piú ampia che fá da filtro al wc di rappresentanza. É stato necessario allineare la parete di questi due ambienti al muretto della cucina, sia per dare una continuitá di volume e identitá di funzione, sia per dare luce e aria al wc. Questo ha comportato l'intersezione del nuovo setto con la finestra. Confortati dallo spessore dei montanti, secondo una nostra stima, questi due elementi dovrebbero coincidere senza compromettere le aperture delle ante.
L'altro allineamento interessa la zona notte che per definizione é l'area della casa piú privata. Nasce cosí il concetto di Suite ampliandola con una cabina-armadio e spazi ad hoc. Abbiamo rispettato la volontá di in serire una cyclette e rinnovato il bagno togliendo l'ingombro della vasca e optando per una doccia a filo pavimento. Il suo rivestimento é pensato in grés materico (60x60) effetto pietra dal colore terra bruciata. La porta del wc é in vetro opale stratificato come la sua sovraporta secondo la richiesta.
La "panca" e la "mensola" dello spazio notte sono veri e propri elementi di arredo disegnati su misura che possono prevedere scomparti contenitivi.
Il setto che divide l'area notte dalla cabina-armadio é attrezzato per ospitare una Led Tv.
Il Living é il cuore dell'abitazione che accoglie sia l'area conversazione che quella conviviale. Anche in questo caso lo studio ha pensato di rettificare le difformitá giocando su un allineamento a parete per mezzo di un mobile progettato, anche in questo caso, apposta con elementi semplici. L'unica caratteristica sono i due pannelli scorrevoli che possono nascondere una volta le librerie ed un'altra la Tv. Il tutto in linea con la scrivania. Dalla parte opposta l'intera parete vetrata é uniformata da un tendaggio continuo. Le porte che si aprono su questo spazio sono pensate senza cornice per essere piú a filo parete da essere meno invasive.
La zona ingresso viene filtrata da una nicchia per l'alloggio delle giacche e dei cappotti.
La pavimentazione é stata cosí suddivisa: Living + Suite con parquet prefinito a doghe da 18x140 in Rovere scuro e i restanti ambienti da un grés materico di una tonalitá che tende al colore del parquet.
Le pareti, il controsoffitto e gli arredi a muro sono pensati di colore bianco semilucido per accentuare il riverbero della luce naturale.
L'ultimo avviso verte al soffitto che lo studio ha voluto rettificare qualora la committenza lo volesse. Nella consapevolezza dei limiti crediamo di avere svolto un buon progetto.
