We are very happy to participate in your contest.
In designing, we set our goal in creating a house with open and functional spaces.
We put the master bedroom (suite) independently and near the entrance door.
We considered a large wardrobe for the entrance area.
We separated the kitchen from the living room with a sliding glass door.
We separated the children's bedroom, guest room and guest bathroom from the living/dining area by a corridor.
In the entrance hallway and bedroom hallway, we provided a false ceiling for storage and air conditioning ducts.
We chose the flooring of the living area similar to the current flooring so that if you replace it, the new design will be close to the current flooring.
