Thank you for the opportunity to work on this interesting project. I have to say that I really enjoyed.
I've managed to create two variants of layouts that refers to position of kitchenette, chill zone and conference hall. You can see examples of both variants on 3D renderings. I put those areas in the center of the space for easily access from both sides of office. Considering the required dimensions of the tables 160x80, I suggest 35 as the optimal number and for the reason that they would not disturb the dimensions of other spaces and maximize the functionality. I removed two doors to get more space for desks and left other two for entrance from the both sides.
