I would like to present to you my proposal for the renovation and reconfiguration of your apartment. With the following solution I wanted to keep the intervention at the minimum, keeping the stair, sanitary installations, doors and windows on the same position and building the project around them.
I proposed the stair case to be integrated into the kitchen furniture, with bookshelves under the lower part of the stair, a built-in refrigerator after and continuing with the countertop of the kitchen until the exterior wall.
Opposite the kitchen it will be place a table for 6 persons, and the TV - Media sitting area placed in the center of the room with a 3 sitter couch near the staircase and the TV opposite on the wall.
The upper floor it will have a double bed, a build-in wardrobe next to the staircase and a corner desk next to the bed to take advantage of the sunlight.
