Hi,
I’m Angel. Me and my family, my wife Maria and sons Valentina and Francesco (29 and 25), live in a house of 62 square meters; the spaces are quite narrow and as my wife has always dreamed of a beautiful house, we bought one. We took the opportunity to buy a big house, so that, then, we can obtain two for our sons.
This new house satisfies us a lot regarding space, less for how they were designed.
The biggest problem are the bathrooms that, with all the available spaces, are cramped and obtained foisting walls.
Another problem are window frames. The house was built in the late ’60s and the interior fixtures were of iron profile which, as you can see from the photos, I have already removed them. The initial plan was to replace them with white PVC fixtures and reuse the old wooden rolling shutters that look still in excellent condition.
The cons fixtures are in color bronze aluminum with double glazing, installed later, they go back to the ’80s.
The floors are for the majority original: in marble sawn and in different color in each room; tiled in bathrooms and in the kitchen and even in areas where works have been made.
The interior doors are veneered wood.
Our requests, therefore, are:
• At least a beautiful bathroom
• At least three bedrooms
• Two rooms studio type
• Councils on fixtures
• Councils on the floors
• Councils on interior doors
• Councils on a future division in two apartments
You have to consider that we spent almost all the money for the purchase of the house and, in order to make it habitable (bathrooms, fixtures, floors and furniture), we have a budget of approximately € 20,000.
We do not have so great like furnitures, we would like to reuse those in the small bedroom and those of our bedroom plus some other furniture than which I enclose the photos.
Waiting for your questions, I wish you a good job
Angelo
