The project involves the construction of two apartments as requested by you.

Apartment A, larger in size, has an entrance with a comfortable wardrobe for overcoats and a peninsula kitchen behind which is the access staircase to the upper floor, deliberately moved to leave more living space in the living area.

Under the double height there is the sofa area with TV cabinet and the dining area. The bathroom has been left in the initial position but has been modified in the plan introducing an anteroom with a sink only and obtaining a space that can be used as a warehouse.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a bathroom and a walk-in closet, and a single room with an adjacent toilet room.

Apartment B consists of a ambient with kitchen, dining area and living area (in addition to a comfortable PC workstation).
For the staircase, also in order to save space, a spiral staircase was used and the design of the same generated the trend of the false ceiling and the living area.

On the lower floor there is a bathroom, while the other is located on the upper floor and is part together with the walk-in closet of the master bedroom.

Skylights: in order to ensure a correct relationship between rooms and lighting, some skylights must be moved (as shown in the plan) considering also that the part with a height that cannot be used for residential purposes can only be used for storage. The minimum internal height made it necessary to position the staircase of apartment B in a central position.
