The project focuses on the spatial reorganization of this 100 sq.m apartment on two floors. Using an approach of minimal intervention, very few walls and accesses have been demolished or newly constructed.

On the ground floor, the existing living areas have been readapted to finally result in a fully functional living and dining area with a foyer at the entrance, an opening in the kitchen to create a breakfast counter, a service kitchen that has extra storage, and a study with a loft bed with the rest of the areas left intact.

On the first floor, the attic has been converted to a master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, and the existing bathroom has been reorganized without changing its layout. Wherever possibile, extra wardrobes and storage closets have been provided.
