Nell'altra camera da letto saranno collocati due letti singoli incorporati in un armadio che si estende su tutta la superficie della parete. , inoltre nella stanza sarà collocata una scrivania studio. I colori che verranno utilizzati nell'arredo del soggiorno saranno aperti con contrasti in diverse parti delle pareti. I materiali che verranno utilizzati saranno cuoio, legno di vetro e marmo.
