Hi Dear Client, what I did was adjust the distribution of your home as you required trying to keep most walls as possible, I hope you like it and it works for you because in my humble opinion it is very functional and it improves a lot the spaces.
Would be amazing having a kitchen with an island in the center and a food bar area for guests, in the main access you will find a decorative element where you can use any material and design you like so that the living room could be used as a TV room with a bit of privacy without being completely enclosed by a wall.
