The project realized for "Bento Sushi Take Away" is designed to enanche the value of a small place, to redifine the quality of furniture and to make a small activity a really curated and goodlooking space to stay. Having the right dimensions for everything in a minimal space could be foundamental and really important, expecially because everything should be organized as much as possible. Giving more space to the client section improve the main entrance of this store that is enriched with a false ceiling made with wooden slats designed in a geometrical composition of embedded cubes. From ceiling there are different light installations that drop from above through the false ceiling system . The kitchen is a really important part of the entire design and every part of it has been located to improve the quality and organitazion of the differtent parts: preparation counter for sushi, packaging for take away are in the main hall entrance, the rest of preparation in the staff area is located to be full of light (both natural and artificial) and divided in different rooms: staff restroom beside the changing room and a storage closet, the counter of connection between staff area and hall area, and the kitchen. Everything is organized to be pleasant, confortable and functional in a traditional japanese style.
