The project envisages the creation of a blind toilet, mechanically ventilated, and the demolition of the current toilet. The chosen position for the toilet takes advantage of the nearby plumbing as the kitchen is currently placed there. This allows for there to be a bedroom with a more regular shape as well as more luminous since it can make exploit both windows.The passage between the two principal spaces, kitchen/dining area and bedroom, will be used to create an extensive closet, where it will also be possible to install a laundry machine.As per your request, the kitchen will be furnished with your own furnishings yet arranged differently
The pavements and covering are expected to be of colored grès porcelain; a material which is extremely durable and easy to clean and maintain.


Il progetto prevede la creazione di un bagno cieco, a ventilazione meccanica, con la demolizione dell’attuale. La posizione scelta per il nuovo bagno, sfrutta gli impianti di carico e scarico presenti nelle vicinanze, essendovi ora collocata la cucina.
Ciò permette di avere una camera da letto di forma regolare e più luminosa, potendo sfruttare tutte e due le finestre.
Il passaggio tra i due ambienti principali, cucina-zona leaving e camera da letto, viene utilizzato per la creazione di un ampio armadio guardaroba, dove è possibile anche l’installazione di una lavatrice.
Per la cucina, come da indicazioni, viene riutilizzata quella già di proprietà, anche se disposta in modo differente.
I pavimenti e i rivestimenti sono previsti in gres porcellanato colorato in massa; è questo un materiale molto resistente, di facile manutenzione e pulizia.
