L’ esigenza del committente di avere uno spazio funzionale e organizzato, seppur di modeste dimensioni, è stata risolta riducendo il bagno esistente e spostando la cucina in modo da creare tre aree ben distinte tra loro.
La zona living è stata liberata dalla precedente cucina per creare un unico ampio ambiente che ospita una zona relax con divano letto e tv, e una zona pranzo con tavolo per 2/4 persone utilizzabile anche come scrivania. Accanto all‘entrata è stato realizzato un armadio in muratura per riporre, ad esempio, la bicicletta pieghevole del proprietario.
Alla zona living è collegata la cucina, organizzata da un lato con una parete attrezzata in cui verranno inseriti frigo, lavatrice e asciugatrice e dall'altro con una cucina componibile completa di fuochi, forno, lavello, lavastoviglie e pensili. E’ stato realizzato un controsoffitto a pari di quello presente nella zona living in modo da poter inserire il sistema di illuminazione, composto da faretti, e il tubo della cappa.
Infine abbiamo la zona notte, separata dalla zona giorno da una porta scorrevole in vetro satinato per garantire luce anche alla cucina.
La camera è arredata con un letto ad una piazza e mezzo, un armadio con specchiera e una cassettiera.
Il bagno è accessibile dalla camera da letto e dispone di un ampia doccia e di un wc con doccetta esterna per recupare spazio.

The owner need of a functional and organized space were satisfied reducing the bathroom size and moving the kitchen to the wide hallway. Doing so, we could create 3 distinct areas.
The Living, freed from the kitchen, it is now composed of a relax area with sofa-bed and tv and a dining area with a table for 2 to 4 people that can be used as working desk as well. Near the entrance we placed some extra storage space to put, for example, the owner's folding bike.
The living area is connected with the kitchen, that it is organized on one side with a wall unit containing the fridge, the wash machine with dryer and more storage room, on the other side we have a modular kitchen complete with cooker, oven, dishwasher and sink. A false ceiling hides the pipes of the kitchen extractor and the lightning system.
Separated from the kitchen by a glazed glass door there is the bedroom, made up of a queen-size bed and a wardrobe with mirror.
The Bathroom is only accessible form the bedroom. It has a big shower, a sink and a wc. We took out the bidet for gaining more space.
