The project operates through three main interventions on the property consisting of the demolition of the existing bathroom, the laying of a new floor and in the creation of a new bathroom and closet / laundry through the creation of partition walls in plasterboard.
The kitchen is made more functional and livable by the insertion of furniture suitable for small spaces. The bathroom has been expanded and equipped with all the necessary elements with also the space to accommodate the things to use inside. The area room / studio was equipped to get inside three different areas: sleeping area, study area and a relax area (sleeping area for extra guests).


Il progetto interviene sull’immobile attraverso tre macro interventi che consistono nella demolizione del bagno esistente, nella posa di una nuova pavimentazione e nella realizzazione di un nuovo bagno e locale ripostiglio/lavanderia tramite la creazione di pareti divisorie in cartongesso. Di seguito le metrature dei vari ambienti divisi in zona giorno e zona notte.La cucina è resa più funzionale e vivibile tramite l'inserimento di arredi adatti a piccoli spazi. Il bagno è stato ampliato e dotato di tutti gli elementi necessari con lo spazio per contenere il necessario da utilizzare all'interno. La zona camera/ studio è stata attrezzata per avere al suo interno tre differenti zone: zona notte, zona studio e zona relax (zona notte per eventuali ospiti)
