I tried incorporating your requirements and ideas into the project, make them as functional as possible, and also aesthetically pleasing. You will see that both units are fairly similar. Each apartment is divided into two zones, the "day" zone and the "night" zone. The "day" zone represents living spaces of the apartment, designed in an open space concept, for the family to spend quality time together and have guests. The "night" zone is meant to be private, reserved only for rest and sleep of the family members. There is enough space to add working areas, depending on personal preferences. Bathroom is located in the middle of the apartment, easily accessible form every room.
