The proposal that I have designed for the "Splitting in Rome" contest seeks to meet the client's requirements that each apartment be made up of 3 double rooms. I have fulfilled this in 90%, since the location of the accesses made it difficult to distribute the internal spaces.
There is an apartment with 3 double rooms of 14 square meters and an apartment with 2 double rooms of 14 square meters and a single room of 10 square meters.
Both apartments have a spacious living room and dining room that open onto a balcony.
The kitchens have natural ventilation and are designed taking into account the reference image provided by the client.
The kitchens have sliding doors that allow them to be hidden when the client decides.
The level of the floor is going to be raised at the entrance, in the area of the bathrooms and the kitchen, this to be able to place the new pipes.
