la conformazione dell'appartamento è molto particolare, poiché è molto grande ed ha solo 2 fronti finestrati per i locali richiesti.
Nella progettazione si è fissato l'obiettivo di creare 2 appartamenti molto simili sia per dimensioni che per servizi, ma soprattutto fornire entrambi di funzionalità negli ambienti.
Ogni appartamento ha un pro e un contro rispetto all'altro, ma credo che trovi un giusto compromesso.
Comunque entrambi risultano essere funzionali e comodi.
Sono dotati entrambi di:
- ampio ingresso
- doppi servizi (uno ospiti e uno privato)
- living essenziale
- zona notte ben definita
- 3 camere da letto (2 matrimoniali e 1 singola)
- la camera singola in entrambe le soluzioni può essere annessa al living
- spazio lavanderia all'interno del bagno privato
- armadiatura di servizio

In the planning stage, the goal was to create 2 very similar apartments both in terms of size and services, but above all to provide both with functionality in the rooms.
Each apartment has pros and cons compared to each other, but I think you find the right compromise.
However, both are functional and comfortable.

- the single bedroom in both solutions can be annexed to the living room
