Right at the beginning, I want to make a note that I did not know the exact position of the structure and construction, so it is possible that somewhere there is a supporting column or wall that cannot be demolished.
The kitchen in apartment 1 can be bigger if you want.
The position of the window determined the position of the bedrooms. The rooms cannot have a larger square footage. Small rooms can have one bed each (I put two each in the project).

In apartment 2 in room 06, the bed can be moved from the window up or down.
