The concept for the design, the first thing is to fulfill client briefing and city regulation.
For Unit A (top positition), we placed 2 bathrooms and laundry near drain column, kids bedroom at right side is a little smaller than kids bedroom at left side, but it has its own balcony and receive good amount of natural light. The master bedroom although do not has en-suite bathroom but it has its own big balcony with plenty of natural light and beautiful view. The open space plan for living and dining area also placed in a functional rectangular space and has its own balcony with plenty of natural light. The kitchen also face living and dining area.
For Unit B (bottom position), the public, service and private zoning is clear. Upon entering the unit we will be greet with dining and living area. The kitchen placed to face dining and living area. All bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry connected by corridor. All bedroom get plenty of natural light, the master bedroom even get balcony and en-suite bathroom. The bathrooms and laundry located near drain column.
