In this project the challenges are:
firstly: make harmony between the functions and reach the users satisfy
secondly: the loadbearing walls which are big and complying in design spaces, so i try to make door openings and connect the spaces with better solutions.
in this design you find the mother in low zone which contains reception corridor, living area with sitting, dining and open kitchen, also the bedroom is near the toilet.
the family's apartment contains welcome reception,kitchen,living area with view to the station (sitting with T.V+dining+and loft office).
Mezzanine level is +2.10m and the height of each stair step is 0.17m.
about the bedrooms, there are 3 bedrooms one is master with private toilet and the other two rooms with shared toilet.
also there is maid room with toilet and near the laundry zone.
