Hello, this project represent the design of 5 apartments - 3 on the 1st floor and 2 on the second. An exterior stair is designed to access two of the apartments on the first floor. The third one is accessible by the main entrance and the current staircase. I made two options for the left side apartments on the first floor for many reasons. At the first option we have natural light at the bathrooms, but we're not sure that we have the needed height above the windows to put a kitchen counter. So the second option compromises the windows at the bathrooms, but optimizes the plumbing and the ventilation (bathrooms and kitchens are back to back).

For the second floor I designed two apartments and added roof windows for more light. Interior designs and video representations could be done to visualize the project in the future.
