3+1 House in 1 house!
When we want to split one house to several houses many issues happens. From supply of facilities, separation of routes and supply of windows to privacy.
New Entrance
For our 2+1 suites I located new entrance in west part of plan. There is 2 ways after enter in basement. One hallway to access suite 1&2 and store, the other a stair to suite 3 and main house.
Suites
Suites (as client demands) have all of possibilities ( bath,kitchen,living room,...).But the suite in 2nd floor (suite 3) is a multi-functional suite. It can be used as a separate suite or a special room . The special suite has a roof window and a folding bed.
Main house
In the main house we have very special places. A living room with a green wall, fire place , floor aquarium a semi-cinema and a kitchen drowned in light with all of functions. A great master room with a walk in closet, special bathroom , and full light bedroom. There is a lovely kick box zone. You can train and enjoy the moments in there. Train and use the sight ;)
The most important concept in designing of main house was "Improving life quality". Even, I located a small W.C for guests!
Altogether I did my best to design a pleasant house for who will living here,what for 3+1 houses or 1 house.
