Per la realizzazione del progetto di divisione della villa in 3 appartamenti, si intende creare una soluzione intelligente con minima interferenza nelle pareti e nella facciata. Tutti e 3 gli appartamenti avranno ingressi separati dalla veranda principale della villa, l'appartamento più grande avrà doppi ingressi, uno dalla veranda, l'altro dalla finestra che verrà creata nella posizione in cui si trovava la porta del garage. L'appartamento principale occuperà la superficie più ampia della villa con una stanza al piano terra che fungerà da soggiorno formale per ricevere amici e familiari, il resto dell'appartamento si svolgerà al piano terra che avrà un zona giorno open space. Verrà realizzato nella stanza dove precedentemente fungeva da garage in quanto dispone della maggiore illuminazione. La zona giorno avrà una zona lounge con divano e poltrona, un tavolo da pranzo per 4 persone che potrà essere ampliato per ospitarne di più, ci sarà una cucina ad L. Sul lato cucina, ci sarà un locale lavanderia e dispensa. Il piano avrà un wc che funzionerà per tutto l'appartamento, una stanza per realizzare una palestra pavimentata con pavimento in gomma per ridurre al minimo il rumore, e una camera matrimoniale con ampia cabina armadio. Il secondo appartamento si svolgerà al piano terra e al piano superiore. Il piano superiore fungerà da zona giorno aperta con cucina, zona pranzo e area lounge con vista sul balcone. Il piano terra avrà una camera da letto con letti, un armadio e una scrivania per lavorare con il laptop. Inoltre, sarà presente un bagno al piano di sotto. Il terzo appartamento sarà al piano terra. Ci sarà una zona giorno con soggiorno e angolo cottura separati, una stanza con uscita sul balcone e un bagno che serve l'appartamento. Gli interventi nell'appartamento saranno minimi con pareti di cartone che molto facilmente possono riportare la villa allo stato precedente. Solo poche finestre si apriranno sulla facciata per aggiungere illuminazione. Le finestre avranno lo stile di quelle esistenti. L'interior design sarà con mobili minimali dove prevarrà il colore bianco.

It will be realized in the room where it previously functioned as a garage as it has the greatest lighting. The living area will have a lounge area with a sofa and armchair, a dining table for 4 people that can be expanded to accommodate more, there will be an L-shaped kitchen. On the kitchen side, there will be a laundry and pantry room. The floor will have a toilet that will work for the whole apartment, a room to make a gym paved with rubber floor to minimize noise, and a matrimonial room with a large walk-in closet. The second apartment will take place on the ground floor and upstairs. The upper floor will function as an open living area with a kitchen, dining area, and lounge area overlooking the balcony. The ground floor will have a bedroom with beds, a closet, and a desk to work on the laptop. Also, a toilet will be present downstairs. The third apartment will be on the ground floor. There will be a living area with a separate lounge and kitchen area, a room with an exit to the balcony, and a toilet that serves the apartment. Interventions in the apartment will be minimal with cardboard walls which can very easily return the villa to its previous state. Only a few windows will open on the facade to add lighting. The windows will have the style of the existing ones. Interior design will be with minimal furniture where the white color will prevail.
