The project sought to maximize the potential of the architectural spaces of the existing apartment; As requested by the client, a new redistribution of the rooms intended for the use of vacation homes is proposed below. Particular attention is paid to propose as functional and modern a solution as possible, taking care in complying with all the requirements placed.
Below will be presented tables explaining and summarizing the project created, according to two different design hypotheses, both of which are valid. The two designs will be accompanied by reference ideas and mood in order to move from a final design phase to an executive phase.

Il progetto ha cercato di valorizzare al massimo le potenzialità degli spazi architettonici dell’appartamento esistente; Come richiesto dal committente viene proposta di seguito una nuova ridistribuzione degli ambienti destinata per l’utilizzo di case vacanze. Particolare attenzione viene posta per proporre al meglio una soluzione quanto più funzionale e moderna, facendo attenzione nel rispettare tutti i requisiti posti.
Di seguito verranno presentate delle tavole che spiegano e riassumano il progetto creato, secondo due diverse ipotesi progettuali, entrambe valide. I due progetti verranno accompagnati da idee di riferimento e mood per poter passare da una fase definitiva di progettazione ad una fase esecutiva.
