Dear client,
Main focus on the project was to create a stylish object that will, by it proportions, relation with the ground and its parts, radiate harmony and unity, and the use of materials which is selected to maintain modernity through the years to come. Everything you see is deeply thought in the functional and aesthetic aspect of space. The space is clearly divided into the day and night zone (sorted by floors).
Due to the fact that the project was made for Italy, the spatial concept of the building was taken out of the Italian Renaissance villas where on the ground floor there were rooms that were used throughout the day (living rooms), while on the first floor there were spaces for night use. Also small interior green spaces are a modern interpretation of Italian internal courtyards, which in this case are presented symbolically.
