It was a pleasure to work on your project; Great location on hills with a nice view is always tempting for designers.
We did our best and we hope we gain your satisfaction.
There are some aspects of the proposed project and some personal suggestions:
1- ENTRANCE: You have mentioned you'd prefer dark brown; I may suggest white or some shades of gray based on general color atmosphere of the facades as I observe.
2- UPPER DECK: Primarily may serve as general family relaxing area to lay down and enjoy the sun, or having breakfast/lunch wile enjoying the view. In our opinion the best covering for that area are the sail shades attached to wall and 4 raised columns as it can be seen in the plan and 3D views. This solution is required cheaper in construction compared to other solution, it is easy to install and remove. and it is being widely used in different fashion trends.
3- Water tab: The best solution to have the seats is to reroute the water tab ( There are different possibilities but for the cheapest one you may need to contact a professional in your area). the less favorable solution is to leave it as it is and just and just make a gap between the seats and you may just want to enclose it but the same material as the seats.
4- LIGHTS: Since you are living in a great sunny geography I may suggest you to use solar "spot light" for walls and decks.
For under the deck I may suggest 2 pendant light, as one above each middle entrances.
You will need one omindirectional light next to Ventilation system, One above the fountain (if you wish), one before the
staircase, one under stair case.
The place and the amount of the lights can be seen in the render views.
5- FOUNTAIN: The proposed fountain 120 cm smaller then the existing one. (60 cm from each side). which can be decorated with candle lights and plants and of course in case of music performance it can be easily removed. hence those 60 cm plus the extra space between fountain and stair may be used for performances with out the need for extra platforms.
6- Green Areas: The green areas are built on top of the current "elevated area". the perimeter will be elevated and the plants can be placed there.
7- The best fit for the bathroom's window will be the best hidden by a hanging plants but jali of your choice would be a good fit too.
