A beachfront house is majorly known for its view of the sea and how beautifully you get to enjoy the scenic view from your apartment.
This apartment being a beach house is fragmented or redesigned so that the living and dining area (semi private area) gets the major exposure to the view outside and makes the area look bright and big, as well as this division helps to improve the circulation between living, dining and kitchen by keeping it straight and simple. Two bedrooms (Master bedroom and Kids bedroom) and a Common toilet are accessible from the existing passage which has been recreated as per the required circulation and one toilet is accessible from the kids bedroom. Out of two toilets, one is the existing one which has been diminished in size as per the standard requirements and another one is created using the passage area.
