We have redesigned your villa according to your wishes and the current condition of the building, as well as according to the attractive area of ostuni
The initial concept of the project was to create a duality in the project according to the existing building. We tried to draw this duality into the house and as you can see, private spaces on one side of the building and public spaces on the other side with a gap in the building entrance Creating access to the top of the roof and using the maximum view of the villa in the northern view by creating temporary shady structures that can make the most of the outdoor space on hot summer days.
The connection between this duality in the volume of the building is created by creating a pool that starts from the front of the master room and ends from under the entrance to the pool in front of the living room.
The pool has been tried to establish a connection between the inside and outside of the building by being dragged into the building and creating a wicker canopy and covering the columns.
Next to the pool is a mechanical installation room with an opening door from above and a staircase that invites us to a cozy space for a family retreat.
In the interior spaces, with an open and modern space, all the needs that a house can have, such as hobby room, guest room, wardrobe, small laundry and master room, which is related to the outdoor space, and if needed, can be used with the Louvre. Wooden windows in front of the window to be completely private.

Abbiamo ridisegnato la tua villa secondo i tuoi desideri e le condizioni attuali dell'edificio, nonché secondo l'attraente zona di Ostuni
Il concetto iniziale del progetto era quello di creare una dualità nel progetto in base all'edificio esistente. Abbiamo cercato di portare questa dualità all'interno della casa e, come potete vedere, spazi privati su un lato dell'edificio e spazi pubblici sull'altro lato con un'apertura nell'ingresso dell'edificio Creando l'accesso alla parte superiore del tetto e sfruttando la massima visuale della villa nella vista nord realizzando strutture ombreggiate temporanee che possano sfruttare al meglio lo spazio esterno nelle calde giornate estive.
Il collegamento tra questa dualità nel volume dell'edificio si crea creando una piscina che parte dal fronte della camera padronale e termina da sotto l'ingresso alla piscina antistante il soggiorno.
La piscina è stata tentata di stabilire un collegamento tra l'interno e l'esterno dell'edificio trascinandosi all'interno dell'edificio e creando una tettoia in vimini e coprendo le colonne.
Accanto alla piscina c'è una stanza per l'installazione meccanica con una porta apribile dall'alto e una scala che ci invita a uno spazio accogliente per un rifugio familiare.
Negli spazi interni, con uno spazio aperto e moderno, tutte le esigenze che una casa può avere, come sala hobby, camera ospiti, guardaroba, piccola lavanderia e camera padronale, che è legata allo spazio esterno, e all'occorrenza può essere utilizzato con il Louvre. Finestre in legno davanti alla finestra per essere completamente privato.
