I am renovating my apartment placed on the second floor.
I’m interested in furnishing and flooring of the living / dining room.
Be careful, the map has a balcony with two doors but in reality there’s no balcony instead there are two windows, between the two windows (H = 200cm L = 100cm) there is the chimney for a fireplace. The fireplace is not yet been chosen but we are oriented on a model of Montegrappa Pellet (inside W: http://www.caminettimontegrappa.it/ita/prodotti_caminetti-to-pellet/per-heat-lacqua/inside-w ). Other heating element of the room will be a Fan-coil (H = 50cm L = 150cm D = 13cm) that will be placed in the right corner from the room entrance (looking at the windows). The environment high is 3.50mt, the ceiling has no edge, I’d like to invent something with the plasterboard for the ceiling. In the room I would like to have a wall unit for TV,a sofa facing the fireplace stove, a dining table for at least 6 people that can be extended for additional guests. I like the wooden floor but I would also consider a light-colored ceramic.
