The project aims to respect the needs and demands of the customer, so do not plan masonry except for those already budgeted.
The idea was to maintain a simple arrangement and livable areas with several features distinct, adapted to the structure of the apartment.
INSIGHTS
- The living area has been enlarged to accommodate more light and make it more airy and more livable space. A flexible high-end plasterboard combines 3 areas: living room, kitchen and study. This range encompasses and illuminates with diffused light the library project of the stay and the counter between the kitchen and dining room, which serves as a snack and, if necessary table for 6/8 people (custom designed). The existing wardrobe has changed colors, using a dye that colors the resumption of the study and the carpet.
- The kitchen is a dynamic environment, in the forms and functions, as it combines different forms in shapes and sizes and it integrates functional areas that require actions totally opposite, such as cooking or relaxing on the couch watching TV.
- The study area has been designed to be used occasionally, and is bounded by a warm and welcoming change of color, to make the space visually different and private.
- The veranda houses the laundry.
- The bathroom has been completely renovated. Rectangular tiles porcelain lining all four walls, making the bathroom very smooth and visually more spacious. The sink is placed on a long shelf, they were replaced sanitary and bath has become a large shower with a radiator grille in the wall. In the space behind the door there is a short cabinet.
- In the bedroom # 1 has been provided a plasterboard wall that serves as a boundary for the walk-in closet. It 'was possible to reuse the library already held by the client and have been included the furnishings comfortable and functional.
- The room # 2 is more simple but at the same time functional to accommodate for short periods people with no limit of the target.

Il progetto ha come obiettivo il rispetto delle esigenze e richieste del cliente, quindi non prevede opere murarie ad eccezione di quelle già preventivate.
Si è pensato di mantenere una disposizione semplice e vivibile con aree di diverse funzionalità ben distinte, adattate alla struttura dell’appartamento.
APPROFONDIMENTI
- La zona giorno è stata allargata per accogliere più luce e rendere più arioso e meglio vivibile lo spazio. Una flessibile fascia alta in cartongesso unisce le 3 zone: soggiorno, cucina e studio. Questa fascia racchiude ed illumina con luce diffusa la libreria di progetto del soggiorno ed il bancone tra cucina e sala da pranzo, che funge da snack ed all’occorrenza da tavolo per 6/8 persone (progettato su misura). L’armadio a muro esistente è stato modificato nei colori, utilizzando una tinta che riprendesse i colori dello studio e del tappeto.
- La cucina è un ambiente dinamico, nelle forme e nelle funzioni, perché abbina moduli diversi nelle forme e nelle dimensioni e perché integra aree funzionali che prevedono azioni totalmente opposte, come ad esempio cucinare o rilassarsi sul divano a guardare la tv.
- La zona studio è stata pensata per essere utilizzata saltuariamente, ed è delimitata da un caldo ed accogliente cambio di tinta, per rendere visivamente lo spazio differente e privato.
- La veranda accoglie la lavanderia.
- Il bagno è stato totalmente ristrutturato. Mattonelle rettangolari in gres porcellanato rivestono tutte e quattro le pareti, rendendo il bagno molto omogeneo e visivamente più spazioso. Il lavabo è appoggiato su una lunga mensola, sono stati sostituiti i sanitari e la vasca è diventata un largo piatto doccia con un termosifone a griglia a muro. Nello spazio dietro la porta è presente un mobiletto basso.
- Nella camera da letto #1 è stato previsto un muro in cartongesso che funge da perimetro per la cabina armadio. E’ stato possibile riutilizzare la libreria già in possesso dal cliente e sono stati inseriti elementi d’arredo comodi e funzionali.
- La camera #2 è più semplice ma al tempo stesso funzionale per ospitare per brevi periodi persone senza limiti di target.
