In this project, small actions managed to bring new meaning to a residence. The extensive circulation area was reduced by 70%, in addition to the non-structural walls having been removed to make the most of the lighting that the building's openings could bring.
Aesthetically, it was decided to extract colors from Leonid Afremov's paintings: it was not a requirement but the grace was given in small details: the industrial style, combined with a contemporary aesthetic of Scandinavian decoration and touches of vibrant colors transformed an old space into a new. Cozy, modern and bright, the apartment still receives a hug of green, either by small spices planted in the kitchen itself or by the green wall and the plant pots on the balconies and thus a connection is established between the vegetation of the interior and the vegetation of the outside.
