The original facade of the building is flat and doesn’t show any character for the house.

As for the refurbishment, wooden plank feature was added at the ground floor. Specially for the main door entrance, boxup panel is built to cover up the exposed piping which unwillingly blend in with the design. The feature not only act for cover up but also can be built-in mail box or meter reading for maintainance.
exterior screen is used to shade for facade window, follow by a small green balcony for flower or bushes.

The balcony is modernise by replacing the existing railing to seamless glass railing. A structure was made along side with the balcony matching the longtitude of the front building.

The exterior finishes clad with marble tiles finishes matching with the timber plank on the bottom side.
