THE PLANNING HAS BEEN DONE KEEPING IN MIND THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE PROJECT AND ALLOWING THE INTERIOR SPACES TO RECEIVE MORE OF NATURAL LIGHT FROM SOUTH AND WEST. ALL THE WINDOWS ARE TO BE CHANGED TO NEW MODERN TYPE, THAT WILL ADD UP TO GIVE A MODERN LOOK. THE STAIRS CONNECTING ALL THE FLOORS HAS BEEN PROPOSED WITH RAILINGS BY BREAKING THE WALLS BETWEEN THE STAIRS AND REMOVING THE DOORS FOR GIVING IT AN OPEN CIRCULATION.
FOR THE EXTERIOR TO HAVE A MODERN STYLE, FACADES CAN BE CHANGED WITH WHITE AND TIMBER FINISH. THE EXISTING BRICK CLADDING CAN HAVE WHITE OR SEMI TRANSPARENT COLOR AND THE PROTRUDING PARTS CAN BE CLADDED WITH WOODEN/TIMBER FINISHES. THE PROPOSED FLAT ROOF ABOVE THE GARAGE, DECK AND UPPER LEVEL CAN BE SIMILAR TO THE EXISTING ROOF MATERIAL.
TWO OPTIONS HAS BEEN PROPOSED TO ACHIEVE THE BEST DESIGN. THERE IS ALSO A POSSIBILITY OF MERGING THE ELEMENTS FROM THE TWO OPTIONS IF NEEDED. BOTH THE OPTIONS ARE WELL VERSE EXPLAINED WITH THE PLANS IN THE UPLOADED FILES.
