Per la realizzazione del progetto di suddivisione degli spazi del secondo piano della villa verranno realizzate 4 camere da letto. 2 camere saranno matrimoniali entrambe esposte a sud ed ognuna avrà un wc dedicato con doccia wc bidet e lavabo. Le camere da letto avranno letti matrimoniali e un armadio che avrà un posto per un tavolo da trucco o una scrivania sotto la luce naturale della finestra. Una delle camere matrimoniali avrà accesso diretto al terrazzo. Una camera da letto sarà grande, con 2 letti singoli, un armadio e una scrivania. L'altra camera da letto sarà più piccola, con letto, armadio e scrivania. Una toilette servirà per 2 camere da letto e le persone che soggiornano sulla terrazza, la toilette avrà doppio lavabo, bidet e vasca da bagno. Il corridoio sarà ampio e nello spazio accanto alle sciarpe verrà creata una zona relax con 2 comode poltrone per leggere o stare in piedi davanti al laptop. Verrà creata una stanza a servizio dell'intero piano. Verrà utilizzato come lavanderia e come magazzino per riporre gli oggetti che non vengono utilizzati tutti i giorni dalla famiglia. La terrazza sarà ampia e avrà uno spazio lounge esterno orientato verso un proiettore montato a parete per la visione di film durante le serate. Particolare importanza nel progetto è dedicata all'illuminazione naturale dove ogni camera riceverà illuminazione da 2 o più direzioni.

A toilet will serve for 2 bedrooms and people staying on the terrace, the toilet will have double sink vanity, toilet bidet, and bath. The corridor will be wide and in the space next to the scarves will be created a relaxed area with 2 comfortable armchairs to read or stand in front of the laptop. A room will be created to serve the entire floor. It will be used as a laundry and as a warehouse to place items that are not used every day by the family. The terrace will be large and will have an outdoor lounge space which is oriented towards a projector mounted on the wall to watch movies during the evenings. Special importance in the project is dedicated to natural lighting where each bedroom will receive lighting from 2 or more directions.
