The design highly considers the existing structure with minimal adjustments on the existing one. The design idea utilizes the varying height of the parapet wall & roof to create interesting attraction to the overall design. It uses the modern with industrial touch to cut down cost and making the look unique without sacrificing comfort of living. The proposal of removing the connecting terrace was preferred due to unnecessary utility of the space and instead a balcony was used to create individual outdoor space for each units and to create privacy.
