I have created two semi-detached apartments, each one is divided into 3 floors, with an area of 54.23 m² for the basement, 80.45 m² for the ground floor and 78.88 m² for the first floor. For a total built area of 213.56 m². The proposal is based on making the most of the space, incorporating all the client's requirements, both of the spaces that he wants, as well as being a simple and inexpensive building. The architecture that I propose is modern and elegant, with abundant vegetation and spaces to enjoy the outdoors. All spaces have natural light and ventilation. The maximum volume of the building is 752 m³.
