Upon checking the existing plans, I'd made some few improvement on plans, exterior and landscape designs. I'd used the existing massing of the original design and come up with modern design w/ homey feel thru used of pastel colors, wood and white palleted.
The design has to be simple and practical as much as possible. Uses modern and elegant in style, by using large windows in full height up to ceiling. Each unit landscape design/ lay-out has to offer outdoor seating and dining to entertain guests and hold a party.
