L'idea principale è quella di creare un open space cucina-zona living in modo da risolvere il problema della cucina piccola. Per fare ciò, sono stati abbattuti i muri in rosso, come si vede sull'immagine allegata nella piantina. Il muro che separa ingresso e cucina, non potendo essere abbattuto, ospiterà eventualmente un attaccapanni a ganci e uno specchio, e diventa elemento decorativo: una superficie azzurra che richiama il decoro murario originario nel soggiorno e che riprende il colore del mare, del cielo, come simbolo della casa-vacanze evocativo dell'estate. Il lavabo, si incastra perfettamente nella nicchia della cucina, rimanendo discretamente celato dietro la parete azzurra. Nell'insenatura sulla parete più lunga si incastonano frigo, lavastoviglie e angolo cottura. Tutta la cucina dovrà essere smaltata azzurra, con top in marmo-granito grigio-nero, in modo da richiamare il pavimento (da sostituire) quanto più simile all'esistente del soggiorno. Stesso trattamento per il pavimento del corridoio, in cui vi è una cassettiera per la biancheria della casa. Nella cucina sono previste piastrelle bianche al posto delle esistenti.Il tavolo al centro, nero e in stile minimal come le sedie, richiama la centralità della convivialità e il tema della semplicità.
La zona living dell'open-space si compone di due parti:
1) zona relax-tv tradizionale, con divano in tessuto a L da 4 sedute, tavolino e mobile TV basso, in modo da non coprire il decoro murario esistente.
2) zona "enjoy the landscape", con due sedie a dondolo in vimini e piccolo tavolino per rilassarsi sorseggiando un drink o leggendo un libro mentre si ammira il paesaggio dall'ampia vetrata.
Nelle camere da letto, come richiesto dal cliente, non vi sono sostanziali modifiche e l'arredamento si limita al minimo necessario: letto-contenitore, armadio e testiera con scaffali per la stanza degli ospiti; armadio a ponte per sfruttare al meglio lo spazio in caso di future modifiche, letto-contenitore, una comoda poltrona a sacco beige. Le pareti sono bianche, il pavimento è originale, l'arredamento sui toni bianco e beige, evitando forti discromie cromatiche.
Nel bagno la vasca è stata eliminata, a favore di una doccia (idromassaggio se si rientra nel budget) e in modo da avere più spazio anche per la lavatrice (60x60 cm). Gli impianti non sono stati modificati, soltanto i sanitari e il lavabo con mobile e specchio. Rivestimento e pavimento sono in grès porcellanato effetto parquet, nei colori magnolia, che contrasta con il marrone del lavabo e dello specchio.
Il bagno esterno non è stato modificato, come richiesto dal cliente.
Si prevede un impianto di riscaldamento a pavimento, in modo da eliminare i termosifoni e sono previsti 3 condizionatori: uno nel soggiorno e uno per ogni stanza da letto.

The main idea is to create an open space with kitchen-living area to solve the problem of the small kitchen. To do this, down the walls in red, as shown in the image attached plan, have been demolited. The wall that separates entrance and kitchen, it can not be torn down, eventually host a coat hook and a mirror, and becomes a decorative element: a blue surface that recalls the original wall decoration in the living room and color of the sea, of the sky, as a symbol of the holiday home evocating summer. The sink, fits perfectly into the niche of the kitchen, remaining almost invisible behind the blue wall. In the inlet on the longest wall is embed refrigerator, dishwasher and hob. The whole kitchen will be enameled blue, with granite gray-black top, as a reference to the floor (replaced) similar to the existing. Same treatment for the floor of the corridor, in which there is a chest of drawers for linen of the house. In the kitchen the existent tile makes way to new white tiles. The table in the center, black and minimal style as the chairs, recalls the centrality of conviviality and the theme of simplicity.
The living area of ​​the open-space consists of two parts:
1) relax-traditional TV, with L sofa, table and TV cabinet below, not covering the existing wall decor.
2) area "enjoy the landscape", with two wicker rocking chairs and small table to relax with a drink or reading a book while you admire the landscape from the large window.
In the bedrooms, as requested by the customer, there are no substantial changes, and the furniture is limited to the minimum necessary: ​​the bed-box, wardrobe and headboard with shelves for the guest room; bridge wardrobe to make the most of the space in case of future amendments, bed-box, a comfortable armchair beige. The walls are white, the floor is original, the decor in shades white and beige, avoiding strong color discoloration.
In the bathroom the bath it was eliminated in favor of a shower and to have more space for the washing machine (60x60 cm). The installations were not changed, only the bathroom fixture and sink with cabinet and mirror. Wall and floor are made of porcelain stoneware parquet effect, in the colors magnolia, which contrasts with the brown of the sink and mirror.
The outdoor bathroom was not changed, as required by the customer.
It provides for a system of floor heating, so as to eliminate the radiators, and 3 air conditioners: one in the living room and one for each bedroom.
